The Steering Group
Built from the renewable energy industry, academia and the development sector, the role of the Steering Group is to support the trustees in guiding the strategic direction of the Foundation.
Our aim is to create a forum between NGO’s and industry partners, to provide expertise and progress in the following areas:
- Supporting and empowering impoverished communities
- Environmental issues, particularly climate change
- Appropriate renewable energy technologies
- Funding, small business development and academic research
- Assessing energy needs of regions and communities, and appropriate project selection
- Public education and engagement in climate change issues
